What yarn is used?
Premier Yarn Parfait Chunky 100% Polyester yarn is used on most plushies. Each description will note the yarn and colors used. Actual colors may vary and appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. We try to ensure all colors are displayed as life-like as possible.
Where do you find your patterns?
Crochet patterns used for the plushies are found by internet searches, youtube or purchased from Etsy. Pattern credits can be found in the shop below the pictures.
Are these quality items?
Each plushie will process through our quality assurance department to ensure you are receiving an item that will bring years of joy! Remember handmade items are fragile and will need extra love and affection! With proper care, you will be able to enjoy your plushie for a lifetime!
How do I care for my new plushie?
Handmade items are fragile and will need extra love and affection! These handmade plushies should be spot cleaned only, when needed. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Plushies are made of yarn, loops and knots!

All Sales are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. Each handmade item processes through our Quality Assurance Department before being shipped. Please carefully read the detailed description of all items before purchase. Descriptions include yarn color and measurements. Actual colors may vary. Please note colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. We try to display colors as life-like as possible.
When are plushies restocked?
The website will be stocked with new plushies on the 1st of every month. Make sure you are signed up to receive email notifications!
Can I request a custom order?
We do not accept custom orders.
How are the eyes sewn on?
Each plushie will have a set of safety eyes that coordinate with the yarn colors used. Safety eyes are plastic eyes that are attached to crochet projects to give them character and life. Safety eyes are made up of two parts: a post, which is the eye itself, and a backing, which is the part that goes inside the crochet project. The backing is made of plastic.
Safety eyes are difficult to remove. If the eyes are removed, the plushie will be torn and the eyes could be a choking hazard. They are not recommended for children under 3 years old or pets. Supervise your child or pet while they play with the plushie.
When will my order ship?
All orders are taken to the post office on Saturdays ONLY. Orders received after 9am on Saturday will ship the following week.
